Customers
The customers would be all the agnes b's customers that would browse the Internet. About 30% of the customers from the retail shops would be interested in online shopping.
 
ii.
Competitors
The competitors would be all fashion brands that have similar target group and online shopping, for examples, izzue and abercrombie etc. However agnes b has an advantage for all the customers , that is for the first time the customers purchase from the online store, the mailing charges can be waived. From the second time onwards, for every purchase that is over US$300, mailing charges is included. Also newsletters will be issued weekly to inform the customers about the new products of agnes b.

Pricing
All the products's price will be a little bit cheaper than in the retail shops, that is about 10% discount as no fitting is available in the online store and the products sold are not exchangeable and refundable.
 
iv.
Advertsing
Advertisements will be put on every branches of agnes brld and letters have been sent to all the electronic media to spread this service. Moreover, a press conference will be held on 15 May in Grand Hyatt Hotel, Hong Kong, to announce the grand opening of the online store. In the press conference, a celebrity, Mr. Tony Leung Chiu Wai will demonstrate how to purchase from the agnes b online store.
 
v.
Delivery and Payment
For the first time that the customers purchase from the online store, they have to fill in an application form. After that they will get a user name and a password, they have to login before they purchase. Customers can only use credit card on the online store, the online store will email the customers once the transaction is completed and a receipt will also be sent out at the same time. As the products are delivered by FedEx or DHL, another email will also be sent to the customers, in order to inform them the date the parcel sent and the airway bill number of the parcel. Customers can get their products in about 10 working days from the date they purchase.
