Operation and Manufacturing

A new department should be set up for this project, named Online Sales Department (OSD). OSD would be responsible for the maintenance of the website, online financial transactions, online customer services, sales activities and server maintenance. The original IT Department should be merged into OSD to work for the last mentioned function.

The maintenance and storage of existing website is outsourced. Both of these would be gotten back for the OSD and so a new server and computers for server administration would be need.
